You must notify jiliarena immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. jiliarena will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification, provided that such loss did not result from jiliarena's negligence.
You may request closure of your jiliarena Account at any time by contacting customer support. jiliarena reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jiliarena reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, following prior written notice to the registered email address.
All deposits to your jiliarena Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiliarena does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliarena reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
jiliarena aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. jiliarena is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
